If we all have stars, then if we want to move we will

I was told we all have stars which means if we want to move home we will. My son and I live in a 2 bedroom flat (apartment) and he is presently looking for property to buy. In the meantime I am looking to downgrade to a 1 bedroom home. So my question is when will I be successful in moving?
