Except the 20th, 28th and 29th day, you can choose any of the day in the rest of February. I think the interview time couldn't be decided by you. But if you still want to know the auspicious hours, please tell me the date you will have interview.
Your fortune in career is good in 2016. But you should think twice before change the job. If it's the same job, you would adapt to the new job quickly. This month is ok.
