Help!!!! Unable to rent or sell new property

Dear Master, greatly if you could share some advise on fengshui for blessing the house. I'm unable to rent/sell my property despite there are lot of viewers. Everyone said is nice but always never close. Thanks in advance.
I don't think it has Feng Shui problems. If your house is in a good position and layout, it's easy to be sold or let out. I think the main problem is the price. If you could lower the price, it may more easy to be sold.
