Gender predoction is based on LMP or conception time

My birthday date apr 12, 1996. My last period date apr 02 2019. For everybody conception should happen, after the period days. So it happens from apr 05 - may 04. I got best conception date to get a boy from April 05 - may 04 from chinese calculator. My question is when I calculate using last period date,it shows girl. But I calculate based on actual conception dates, which returns boy. Which one is correct?
