dreaming about blood after having accident

i dreamed i hit an accident in two wheelers...while driver was injured.nt i still dont knw that i too was injured...after when i see myself in cars mirror..i was badly wounded and ma head was totally cut off...i see my blood stains on that road
You should watch out your head. You may have headache recently which require you have more rest.
