demolition of burned shed in northwest. What Best date before 3 Killings in 2022

In 2021 my home, car, shed containing motorcycle were destroyed by wildfire.
The shed is badly burned, and I want to replace it since it is where the water well is.
If I stand in the center of where my home was BEFORE THE FIRE DESTROYED THE HOME, then the shed is located to the Northwest of the home location.
I now am in a trailer near the shed, and the shed is to the North of the RV trailer.
What do I do about the shed?
Today's calendar says "TEAR DOWN BUILDING" BUT THE FLYING STARS INDICATE 7 YEARLY AND 5 MONTHLY IN NORTHWEST.
I want to replace this shed before the 3 Killings visits this area in 2022.
Since the home is burned to the ground and all that remains is ash and the heavy metal frame of the mobile home, is the shed still considered in the Northwest?
What do you recommend?
