Hello,
It was explained that when choosing an auspicious wedding date, one should not choose a month or day that clashes with the couple's zodiac. Would you mind letting me know which month in 2019 would clash with the Horse and the Sheep?
Also, does it matter if the month or day clashes with the couple's parents or siblings?

It doesn't matter if the month or day clashes with the couple's parents or siblings.
Rat, Ox and Dog months clash with the Horse the Sheep signs. In 2019, Rat, Ox and Dog months are during Jan. 1 - Feb. 4, 2019 and Sep. 29 and Oct. 27. So, you'd better avoid choosing dates during these periods.
