any success of selling off my land this year or next year

Hello, I am born 10/03/1955 and a single mother of two. I have been wanting to sell this land which I bought in 1988 to move on with life as I had a very hard life since 2000. Unemployed with 2 unemployed sons still studying, I am desperate to sell off my land so we can buy a house. I am currently single but would like to know if I will be in a relationship again. I stayed home and do not go out to social gatherings.
If you dnt mind where is the land may be i can help...
