2 bathrooms 'face to face'

Hello, i couldnt find anywhere anything about what to do if the two bathrooms of the apartment are face to face. Worst, the big bathroom is in NE and the service one in SW...

There is no big problem for two bathrooms face to face in Feng Shui. As long as the bathroom doors don't face the doors of bedroom, kitchen and front door, that's OK.
The only problem I think is that if two persons come out from the bathrooms at the same time, they may meet. It's not so convenient. As bathrooms belongs to water, you can hang a yellow curtain to each door which belongs to earth to prevent water flow out from two bathrooms.
