Will I still meet someone?

I was originally told I would meet someone middle summer this year but because of covid 19 it was confirmed it wouldn't happen. Even though we are now in lockdown a 2nd time will I eventually meet someone when lockdown is lifted or won't it happen now?
I am Pig year and my date of birth is 07/01/1948..
