What time zone is being used to determine auspicious hours?

I would like to know when my most auspicious days and hours of the month are best for me according to my time zone which is Central Standard Time, USA?...

You don't need to change the date and hour into your local time.
For example, in Chinese almanac calendar, it shows November 26, 2016 is an auspicious wedding date and 15:00-19:00 is auspicious hours. So, you should get married on November 26 and 15:00-19:00 during of your local time.
