What does conception date mean?

Hi there I am not sure what conception date means ? Does it mean the day I have sex or it’s the first day of my period? If I was told I have to conceive between January 1-24 does that mean my period has to be between those days or does it mean I have to have sex between those days. Or is it my ovulation day has to be between those days. Please help!

It should be your ovulation day. You'd better try on that day to increase the chance.
