Unique mark on my left middle finger tip.

I’m wondering what this strange mark on my left middle finger tip means. It’s a horizontal line that goes across the tip, slightly below the center space. It’s not too long or too short, and the edges curve upwards just the slightest bit! There are also other smaller, less defined horizontal lines on the lower half of the fingertip.
