Placement of stairs for Kua 3

I'm planning on building a house. The lot will have the front door facing south. I wanted to know in which section the stairs should be placed. I want to make sure if it is placed in a bad luck sector it will okay. Thank you.
There is no problem with your front door direction. South-facing door can make the house fully embrace the sunshine, so it's the best direction.
For stairs, you should follow these tips:
1. Don't face the front door directly.
2. Avoid seeing the stairs once entering the house.
3. Avoid the stairs in the center of the room.
4. Avoid decorating the stairs too much. It should be in the same style with other furnitures at home.
