My DOB is 7/9/1989 being English calendar date. I a planning for my third child in 2017 since I have two girls now I want to know best dates to have a baby boy.

Based on the ancient Chinese Baby Gender Chart, in 2017 you will get a baby boy if you are conceived in the following periods:
Feb 26 - Mar 27 (29 lunar years old, 2nd lunar month)
May 26 - Jun 23 (29 lunar years old, 5th lunar month)
Jun 24 - Jul 22 (29 lunar years old, 6th lunar month)
Jul 23 - Aug 06 (29 lunar years old, Leap 6th lunar month. First half of lunar leap 6th month will be counted as the 6th lunar month.)
Aug 07 - Aug 21 (29 lunar years old, Leap 6th lunar month. Second half of lunar leap 6th month will be counted as the 7th lunar month.)
Aug 22 - Sep 19 (29 lunar years old, 7th lunar month)
Sep 20 - Oct 19 (29 lunar years old, 8th lunar month)
Oct 20 - Nov 17 (29 lunar years old, 9th lunar month)
