House fengshui matching with owner zodiac and kua number

Hi. I am planning to purchase a house with my partner. Im born in the year of rooster 1981 having kua number 1 while my partner is born in the year of tiger 1974 having kua number 7.
The house that we intend to purchase is a is facing south unit with the northsude being the back of another house. The door into the house is facing west and next to our house on the east side is an ex septic tank.
We are wondering if this house is suitable for us since door entrance facing west is a bad direction for me having kua number 1 while east being a good direction for me, there is an old septic tank there next to our house.
While the best direction and worst direction of me and my partner is totally on opposite side. So is this something good or bad?
