Dream about cuts

I dreamt that i was with some of my friends and we wanted to test if this gel could protect my hand from catching fire so I applied the gel on my hand and After it I applied some petrol and then we put it(my right hand ) on fire. After some time when the fire went off I saw that my hand was perfectly fine... Me and my friends were really happy but then after a minute or two cuts began to form on my hand .. Bleeding.. We asked the doctor but he said that they were not of big importance and they will heal soon... The cuts did stop bleeding after some time
