Day this July 2021 possible to open water refilling station I'm yr of the dragon

Hi I would like to have my soft or grand opening of water refilling station 1st supposedly has laundry but no budget yet but I already prepare for the laundry electrical provisions. However, I may start water refilling so we can back up losses and earn for living. I need your advice since I'm yr of the dragon and May is the month of my bday. What day by this July 2021 or Month since we waited preparing die so long almost 8months working for this preparation now its finish we need to start. Pls advise us to do Thanks
