Couples with conflicting Kua numbers

Hello,
My boyfriend is a 7 and I am a 1.
How should our bed be positioned? Our only options in the master bedroom are North, West or NW (with window behind)
Ugh..we both have some health issues we are trying to overcome. I had spinal fusion in my neck and I have problems from that and my boyfriend gets Gout. Can you help us?

For overall consideration, the best direction will be North for both of you because Northwest and west are bad for both of you while Borth is the best for you yet not harm your boyfriend.
