Convert to Beijing Time Zone for Auspicious Days?

Do I need to convert the day / time for Auspicious days to my own time zone?
For example, it says Oct. 7, 2019 is a an auspicious day for a grand opening. Is it Oct. 7 (Beijing time)? Or Oct 7 in my own time zone? I'm in Hawaii so it would convert to Oct. 6.
