buying a property

My Date of birth is 27 August 1957
a) I am thinking of buying a bigger
house / apartment for my family
Currently I am staying in a small
apartment.

b) I would like to know when I am
able to do so ?

c) I am thinking also a second career
when I retire in 5 years time

d) Am I able to have another
career ?
