It's not good for you to have a baby born in 2018 year of the Dog. Also, it's not good for the baby born in 2019 year of the Pig. This is because Dog is not compatible with Dragon and Monkey is not compatible with the the Pig. If you can delay to have your first baby, you'd better try during the second half of 2019 and get a baby born in 2020 year of the Rat. Rat is very compatible with both the Dragon and Monkey.
