April 27 is an auspicious date to set up altar but it clashes with your sign Rooster. You'd better choose an auspicious time to do so. I'm not sure if you do it during 05:00-07:00. This is the auspicious time.

I guess you may do it in the morning but never think you do it so early, so I offer you a morning time. In fact, from 03:00 to 07:00 are all auspicious time for the day. So, do't worry too much about it.
