sept. 12 celebration, end of ghost month

is it alright to celebrate birthday on September 12, (the end of ghost month this year),or should we wait the following day, sept. 13?

If you believe the custom that one should not celebrate his birthday during the Ghost month, you'd better wait the following day and celebrate on September 13th.

If you want to celebrate on September 12th, avoid doing it during the evening. Better during the daytime. This will be ok.
