My brother wife is just preganant now, her D.o.B. is 03-12-1989 & concieved date is frebuary 2017, day was not remember so I will get chance have a boy

If her last menstrual period is after 26 Feb, she have more chances to get a baby boy. If it's before 26 Feb, may be a girl. Just for your reference. You'd better check more signs to see if she will get baby boy or girl:
