romantic star is star. You can neglect romantic word. 'there is a romance star at the intersection of wisdom line and health line' means a star at the intersection part of the head line and health line.
'the center of the wrist line is curved like a bow' means the center of the wrist line is curved extremely upward and it's not a straight one.
