The chart is calculated based on many Chinese astrology theories. It's handed down from Chinese Qing Dynasty and has over 300 years history. It's proved to be accurate to about 70% accurate. So, you can only take it as a reference instead of beliving it completly. Except scientific ways, no one could make sure the prediction for baby gender is 100% right.
