headline is touching to the heartline at the beginning

At my right hand headline touching to the heartline at the beginning, then headline branches into three parts. Also beginning of the headline is really away from the life line. How can this be interpreted?
Also most of the people have symmetric shapes in their right and left hands(like mirror images) but my both hands are quite different from eachother. Is there a meaning to this?
