Evil direction on moving day

I intend to move to my new place on 16 Sept and it does not clash with the zodiac signs of the family. But it says that the evil direction is south. What does it mean?

What if your new place is ‘south’west? Is it okay to move if evil direction is south or west coz it has part of the direction? Thanks
