According to Chinese baby gender calendar, if you get pregnant and your last menstrual period first date occurs during one of the following time ranges in 2018, you will get a baby girl:
January 17 - February 15
March 17 - April 15
May 15 - June 13
July 13 - August 10
October 9 - November 7
December 7 - December 31
