Can I conceive right after removal of an implant

Am on implant since june 2016 and want to conceive baby boy in 2017 but my birth date is 03/15/1985. When i remove de implant on Jan 5th 2017 can I resume my menses immediately, ovulate, and conceive?
You'd better go to the doctor for help about if you could conceive after removal of an implant.
