Auspicious dates in the second half of September to do c-section include Sep. 14th (Clash Dog), 15th (Clash Pig) and 27th (Clash Pig).
If you want to choose date Sept 19-21, the three days are all okay to you if your sign is Sheep. Sept 20 and 21 are better than Sept 19 becuase the two days are in Chinese lunar August which is an auspicous birth month for the baby.
