I want to buy an income generating property and the price of the property is good. As i have checked in your calendar, there are no auspicious days to buy a property during month of August. I'm afraid that if i don't buy it now somebody else might buy it.

I think you could choose an auspicious dates for Business Trading or Sign Contract in August. Also, I think as long as the date doesn't clash your sign, that's ok. Don't miss the good chance due to the date.
