birth date may 26, 1982 my left hand palm

My left hand has two tringels in it that cross over one another in opposite directions one is up side down pointing down and runs into my rest meeting my main visible blue vain and my vains there form a smaller up right triangle then branches out into two vains going down arm the other triangle crosses from the bottom of my palm going up right up into the bottom of my middle finger forming what appears to be a 6 pointed star what would this mean if anything is it common or in the normal
