What does "Avoid anything else" mean in the Chinese calendar?
Also, do I need to use it as the same calendar and time as my normal time? I'm in at 10 a.m. on 24 January, but the Chinese calendar here displays it as 23 January.

As in "Decorating House" can we just move/change the position of decoration or furniture?

They have different meanings under auspicious and inauspicious categories:

Avoid anything else under auspicious category means except the listed auspicious occasions on the day, other important things you want to do is all not suggested.

Avoid anything else in inauspicious category means whatever you do today is not smooth. That means you should avoid doing any important things on the day.

You need to check the Chinese calendar and not your time.

In the Chinese calendar, "decorating the house" primarily refers to the practice of adorning your home with festive decorations, especially during the Lunar New Year (Spring Festival), symbolizing the welcoming of good luck, prosperity, and harmony into your life by displaying auspicious colors and symbols like red lanterns, paper cuttings, and "Fu" characters.
