My Chinese lunar date of birth is 2 November 1984..the actual one is 23 Dec 1984..plz suggest the dates and month to get pregnant and deliver a baby boy.

In rest of 2017 and 2018 you will get a baby boy if you are conceived in the following periods:
Dec 18, 2017 - Jan 16, 2018 (34 lunar years old, 11th lunar month)
Jan 17 - Feb 15, 2018 (34 lunar years old, 12th lunar month)
Feb 16 - Mar 16, 2018 (35 lunar years old, 1st lunar month)
Mar 17 - Apr 15, 2018 (35 lunar years old, 2nd lunar month)
May 15 - Jun 13, 2018 (35 lunar years old, 4th lunar month)
Sep 10 - Oct 08, 2018 (35 lunar years old, 8th lunar month)
Dec 7 - Dec 31, 2018 (35 lunar years old, 11th lunar month)
That means your first day of menstrual period should occur during one of the above time ranges. Then you can try on your ovulation date after the period. The chance will be high. This is based on the ancient Chinese birth calendar. It's just for your reference. It couldn't guarantee you could conceive baby boy.
