No, the Chinese gender calendar only uses the mother-to-be's date of birth to select baby gender.
According to Chinese baby gender chart, if you could get pregnant and your first day of last menstrual period occurs during one of the following periods in 2017, you could get a baby girl:
October 20 - October 31
November 1 - November 30
December 1 - December 17
