It doesn't matter if you resign in the ghost month. In September 2024, there are several dates that are considered auspicious for making major decisions, including resigning. However, please note that the selection of auspicious days is usually based on traditional beliefs and Feng Shui, and each person's situation may be different, so the following suggestions are for reference only.

Based on the search results, the auspicious days in September 2024 include but are not limited to:

September 2 (the 30th day of the seventh lunar month)
September 3 (the first day of the eighth lunar month)
September 5 (the third day of the eighth lunar month)
September 10 (the eighth day of the eighth lunar month)
September 13 (the 11th day of the eighth lunar month)
September 15 (the 13th day of the eighth lunar month)
September 17 (the 15th day of the eighth lunar month)
September 19 (the 17th day of the eighth lunar month)
September 22 (the 20th day of the eighth lunar month)
September 25 (the 23rd day of the eighth lunar month)
September 27 (the 25th day of the eighth lunar month)

These dates are considered auspicious in Feng Shui and are suitable for various auspicious activities, including resigning. However, the best time to resign does not only depend on an auspicious day, but also needs to consider many factors such as personal career development, work status, family situation, etc.

In addition, resigning is an important decision that requires careful consideration. Before making a decision, it is recommended that you communicate with your superiors or colleagues to understand the company's policies and procedures, and try to avoid unnecessary losses or troubles to the company.

Finally, please note that the choice of an auspicious day does not guarantee that everything will go smoothly, and it also requires your own efforts and preparation. No matter which day you choose to resign, I hope you can make a smooth transition and start a new career chapter.
