Please clarify on date ranges for boy

In this site https://www.yourchineseastrology.com/calendar/baby-gender-selection.htm for baby boy and date of birth 16 Nov 1988 it shows below best dates for range Feb 17, 1988 to Feb 05, 1989:

Feb 23 - Mar 23,
Apr 23 - Jun 20,
Sep 17 - Oct 16

But when I filter(using exact date on same above page) I see below dates:

Jan 01 - Jan 24
Feb 23 - Mar 23
Apr 23 - May 22
May 23 - Jun 06
Sep 17 - Oct 16

Please clarify on right date ranges
