Not getting well with colleagues

I am working as an Sales Admin. Clerk in property line. Under Sales Admin 4 persons are working. 1. Head-of-Department (HOD) 2. Sales Executive 3. Sales Admin. Clerk.- same position as me. 3 of them look down upon me and I have been working for 15 years. I am plumb lady, especially 1 & 2 always want to find fault with me. Big question (WHY?)

Just do yourself. It's common that some of the people don't like you and try to find fault with you. You may not compatible with them in birth element or other aspects. Do yourself better and give them few chance to find fault with you. Or, it's time to change a place to work and get away from them.
