my life line

I have a double life line not parallel,it is overlap then start spliting at middle of lifeline it is clear , a second line has a triangle at start of spliting .my life line start at forked... . What it mean?

How about a mount of saturn...there are four triangle form ...what it mean?
How about my headline ? it has a fork at the end then cross by the health line and form triangle at the end.
