On my life line there are many small islands and medium sized triangles located on my more then half life line. what is the meaning of both signs "triangles and Islands" on life line?

The island on the life line indicates illness, accident or hospitalization in a certain time. The size of the island shows the severity and duration of the disease.
The triangle on the life line and besides the life line will be different. If it's on the life line, it indicates you are more vigorous than the average and you have a sophisticated conducting manner, thus always helped by others and greatly appreciated by your boss and colleagues. As it's located on more than half life line, it suggests you will be highly admired after forties.
