Is Destiny by birth time based on Gregorian or lunar calendar?

I’m trying to find out my birth destiny on my birth time. I see that you mentioned that the birth month and date has to be converted to lunar calendar, but what about birth time. Is it also based on lunar time? If it is based on lunar time, how do I convert Gregorian to lunar time.

The birth destiny on birth time is based on Gregorian GMT+8 time. Just convert your local time to GMT+8 time is okay.
