In which timezone the Auspicious time is ?

My colleague and I are in different timezone but the auspicious time on the calendar is the same for both of us. We are only off by 1 timezone but then my auspicious time could potentially be inauspicious and vice versa.

Please help, we are global company that have offices in multiple timezones. Without the correct auspicious time, we cannot coordinate impactful actions
