My date of birth is 1992/11/23, I previously have a baby boy & now wish to have a girl. My last mensuration date is 4/10/2017. So, what would help me to give birth to a baby girl?

Chinese gender chart shows if your last menstrual period first date is during one of the following periods in 2017, you will conceive a baby girl:
August 7 - August 31
September 17 - September 19
October 20 - October 31
November 1 - November 30
December 1 - December 31
