Your wife's birth month is January, right? If so, there is no good conception time for her to conceive a baby boy in 2016. You could plan next year during the following time if you believe the baby gender chart:
December 29, 2016 - February 25, 2017
March 28, 2017 - April 25, 2017

That means, your wife's last period should be among the suggested time. Then, if she gets pregnant, she would get a baby boy.
