i have huge amount of debts due to building a house how is my finances in 2017?

I have my house built last January 18, 2016 and has finished it already with a gate and a fence around it. Along with this, i have accumulated debts. Although i have work but my salary could not be enough to sustanin living and paying the debts and the domestic bills. Please help me see what 2017 is instored for me.
