Best day for exam taking

I am born on March 7, 1981 at 7.33 am. I wanted to know when would be the best date to take my certification exam in october and november. I went with the date you suggested for my last exam on april 12, but missed the passing score by 6 points. Please let me know a better date for the upcoming exams.
The 9th, 11th, 18th, 23rd, 25th, 30th day of October and the 2nd, 4th, 8th, 11th, 17th, 23rd, 24th and 29th day of November are best dates for you take the exam.
