two different gender calenders

why is it that the gender chart is of two types? one shows boy in august and another predicts a girl in august. what can I follow coz I seriously need a girl. I was born on 2-11-1984.

You lunar age is 33 in 2016.
The conception months shown in Chinese baby gender chart refers to the Chinese lunar months. If you are coceived in lunar July (Aug. 3 - Aug. 31 in Gregorian calendar), you would get baby girl.
I found the result are the same.
