Poisonous Arrow

We bought a new home facing the correct direction and everything was going great for the first year we were here. But they built a new home next to us where the house back corner is pointing at the north section of our home. I have now been let go from my job and I am having a hard time getting another job. This has never been an issue for me. Now we are going to put our house up on the market because we can no longer afford the home. Is there a cure to fix this? Please let me know...
